Creating added value means developing a passion and turning the desired vision into reality. This requires a lot of motivation and belief as well as a strong community and corporate culture. Soft skills, empowerment, leadership, behaviour and mindset are well researched areas.
Results from scientific research often remain in the laboratory instead of creating synergies for organisations. The combination of results from cognitive neuroscience and my own leadership experience enable me to effectively support managers in addressing their challenges.
